Do you offer one-time cleaning services? Yes, we do! Whether you need a one-time deep clean or special event cleaning, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll customize a plan for you.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning? We understand that things come up! We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning to avoid any cancellation fees.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? Not at all! It’s completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to leave while we clean. We’re trustworthy and respect your space. If you're not home, we’ll coordinate a key or entry system securely.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly products to ensure the safety of your home, family, and pets.
Are there any cleaning tasks that you will not perform? Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot clean areas containing biohazard waste such as animal or human waste or urine.
How do i pay for the services? We rquire a crediit card to be on file, but you can pay by check or Venmo in lieu of charging the card.
How many cleaners do you send out? For the initial clean we send a team to suit your home's needs. For recurring services, you will have 1 technician. We strive to keep the same cleaner every time so they know your home and can provide the best possible service.
Do I need to be at home while the cleaning is performed? This is entirely up to you. Most of our customers are not at home during their cleanings, which is why we ask for the a lockbox, key or code to have access while the clients away.
Should I prepare before cleaners arrive? We are here to do the heavier maintenance cleannig that your home needs, we ask that prior to our arrival any toys, clothes, personal items be picked up and lightly tidy. This will give your cleaner that ability to focus on your scheduled time on the CLEANING rather than picking up before cleaning.
Insect/ Rodent Policy: We expect our clients to maintain and monitor their homes for bugs/pests. We reserve the right to refuse service if the home has visible infestation and may require professional pest control services. In such event White Oak Residential Kleaning, LLC will consider this a cancelation and follow standard procedure of the cancellation policy of a 50% charge of services. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a GAP in our schedule.
Hardwood Floor Cleaner/Polish If you have requested us to use any hardwood floor cleaner/polish with polyurethane in the formula, we are not responsible for damage to floors. And you must provide the product and mop. Using this product is not advisable do to the damage it will cause to floors.
Pet Policy White Oak Residential Kleaning, loves all fur babies, so please feel free to leave your people friendly pets in the house , however ….. we ask that if you know your pet will experience anxiety during your cleaning ( loud noises, new smells, etc.) please make the necessary arrangements to make sure they are comfortable. ALL aggressive animals are required to be kenneled, in a separate room ( which will not be cleaned), or outside during the cleaning. If we arrive to the property and are greeted by an aggressive animal, we reserve the right to not clean your home until the necessary arrangements are made.
Tipping Tipping is not required , however it always greatly appreciated by our staff. Standard amount is 10%- 20% of the cost of service. Often times our clients are not home, however we know that you greatly appreciate all our techs attention to detail in your home to make sure its a place of rest for you. If you would like to send a 'Thank you" tip then contact our office and we will let you know how we process them.
