ALL JOBS ARE REQUIRED TO A HAVE 35% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR SPOT ON THE SCHEDULE. AS WELL AS A CARD ON FILE TO CHARGE FUTURE VISITS/ REMAINING BALANCE.
🧹If you have requested us to use any hardwood floor cleaner/polish with polyurethane in the formula, we are not responsible for damage to floors. And you must provide the product and mop. Using this product is not advisable do to the damage it will cause to floors.
🧽 Reclean Policy:
We have a 24hr turnaround policy, so in the event that any areas that are not cleaned to your satisfaction on the day of cleaning you the client has the responsibility to contact the office within 24 hrs. of their appointment and we will return to reclean the areas at no cost. We do not offer refunds.
💰Tipping
Tipping is not required , however it always greatly appreciated by our staff. Standard amount is 10%- 20% of the cost of service. Often times our clients are not home, however we know that you greatly appreciate all our techs attention to detail in your home to make sure its a place of rest for you. If you would like to send a 'Thank you" tip then contact our office and we will let you know how we process them.

WE DO NOT WASH WALLS
WE DO NOT CLEAN WINDOWS (unless by special request)
WE DO NOT CLEAN HOARDING SITUATION
🐶Pet Policy
White Oak Residential Kleaning, loves all fur babies, so please feel free to leave your people friendly pets in the house , however ….. we ask that if you know your pet will experience anxiety during your cleaning ( loud noises, new smells, etc.) please make the necessary arrangements to make sure they are comfortable.
ALL aggressive animals are required to be kenneled, in a separate room ( which will not be cleaned), or outside during the cleaning. If we arrive to the property and are greeted by an aggressive animal, we reserve the right to not clean your home until the necessary arrangements are made.
🪳 Insect/ Rodent Policy
We expect our clients to maintain and monitor their homes for bugs/pests. We reserve the right to refuse service if the home has visible infestation and may require professional pest control services. In such event White Oak Residential Kleaning, LLC will consider this a cancelation and follow standard procedure of the cancellation policy of a 50% charge of services. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a GAP in our schedule.
🗝️ Entrace/Lock Out Policy
We require access to the clients property on our scheduled appointment day/night time.
In the event we are locked out of the property we will contact the client immediately and ask for an alternative entrace, If an entrance cannot be provided the day of cleaning a lock out fee of 50% of the cost of service will be charged to the cloents card on file. This is to compesate our staff for the loss of time and wages, leaving a gap in thier schedule.
📷 Photo Policy
We do take non-personal before and after photos of First time cleans and Vacant properties and in the event of an accident. All photos are stored in your job file for reference to maintain integrity of the work completed.
🚫 Change of Service/ Work Order Policy:
All details of what to expect for every routine visit will have been discussed during your consolation prior to beginning services, however we know that life happens and sometimes changes need to be made. Maybe certain rooms are being painted, plumbing fixed, out of town guest, etc. Please notify the office if any changes need to be made to your routine cleaning visits. Changes must be made within 2 hours of your scheduled visit, or they may not be able to be completed. This gives us the necessary time to update the work order, as well as notify the cleaning technician of these changes.
🚫 Cancelation Policy: All appointments canceled 48 hrs. PRIOR to their day/time will not be charged. All appointments canceled WITHIN 48 hrs. of their time will be considered a "Last Minute Cancellation" and charged of the total cost of services. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work, leaving a GAP in our schedule. Any cancelation due to illness or COVID exposure will be considered exempt from charges and fees will be waived. In the event that White Oak Residential Kleaning, LLC needs to cancel the cleaning, we will provide the client with 1-2 alternative dates/times ASAP.
🚫 UNFAIR SOLICITATION AGREEMENT We value our employees and spend an enormous amount of time, energy and, expense into our screening, hiring, and training process. We are proud of the fact that White Oak Residential Kleaning, LLC. has the lowest employee turnover rate in the metro area. This agreement helps safeguard our success at providing only the best staff to our deserving customers. Sadly, some people want quality without paying for it and attempt to undercut our efforts by trying to “poach” our employees. It is for this reason that our customers and employees sign our “finder’s fee” agreement, minimizing the risk of unfair solicitation which undermines the good experience all our clients have come to expect. Please help us maintain our extraordinary success by not soliciting our employees for hire directly:
